Join us for an afternoon of learning about how local community organizations assist families with moving from youth services to adult services.

The Abbotsford Special Needs Advisory Committee* (SNAC) and the Abbotsford School District are hosting an afternoon of learning for individuals and families in Abbotsford about the transition process from youth to adult programs and services.  Transition is a necessary, but can often be a confusing, process.  Our goal is for those in attendance to gain knowledge and information and be better equipped for this important process.

Organizations supporting children and youth with special needs and/or mental health challenges will be available to discuss options with individuals and families who attend.

There will be presentations, food and door prizes!
