Bridging the Gap Transition Fair – Abbotsford

Brought to us by: Bridging the Gap Transition Planning Committee of Abbotsford Join us for an afternoon of learning about how local community organizations assist families with moving from youth services to adult services. Transition is a necessary, but can often be a confusing, process.  Our goal is for those in attendance to gain knowledge and information and be better equipped for this important process. Organizations supporting children and youth with special needs and/or mental health challenges will be available to discuss options with individuals and families who attend.
