Programs and Services Overview

The Fraser Valley Down Syndrome Society (FVDSS), a charitable organization run by parent volunteers, supports families of persons with Down syndrome living in the communities from Langley to Hope, BC.

We offer support and resources for parents and caregivers, as well as therapies and programs to aid in the cognitive, gross motor, fine motor, social and emotional development of people with Down syndrome.

To make these resources and programs available to all families with a family member with Down syndrome in the Fraser Valley, our society provides these resources at either low or no cost. Through fundraising and community support we are able to provide these services to help our children grow to be valuable and contributing members in our community.

We offer a special welcome, and congratulations, to new families along with an invitation to call for support and to ask questions.
